So, my name is Eliza Stinneford.  I’m currently a senior at Keene State College, majoring in journalism.  I have no real plan for what I want to do after I graduate in May but as long as I have food in my life and the words to write about it  I should be fine.

Without food we can not survive, yet so many Americans today dont seem to care about what they eat at all.  There are so many things wrong with what is going on in the food industry in America yet no one bothers to read about it until they are the ones in the hospital becuase of something they ate.  Occasionally something goes right though, whether it is our government attempting to up inspections or enforce lableing. Good or bad, news about food matters.
